PlasmaShares V2 β Validator-Secured DAO Shares
As of July 26, 2026, the GetPlasma DAO has upgraded its share system: PlasmaShares V2 (PLS), an upgradeable ERC-20 token on the CC blockchain. V2 introduces multi-signature minting by validators, ambassador seal verification via live video, and on-chain nullifiers to prevent replay attacks. Game servers no longer have minting rights β only validators can mint shares, and only with 2/3 quorum.
What Are PlasmaShares?
PlasmaShares (symbol: PLS) are ERC-20 tokens where 1 token = 1 share in the GetPlasma DAO. There are 10 billion authorized shares in total. Unlike Keshe Coins or Cash Coins, PlasmaShares are not earned through gameplay β they are earned through long-term commitment to the community.

Standard: ERC-20 Upgradeable (UUPS Proxy, V2)
Authorized shares: 10,000,000,000 PLS
Validators: 3 (2/3 quorum required for minting)
Ambassador fee: 0.001 CC per verified claim (on-chain)
How Players Earn Shares
There are two mechanisms for players to receive PlasmaShares. The smart contract enforces the hard limits on-chain (maximum 7 birthday shares, maximum 1 ambassador share per address). In V2, the minting process works as follows:
- Player submits a claim on their birthday (or after 12 months as ambassador)
- Ambassador verifies the player via live Jitsi video call β checking identity, birthday, and level-up date
- Ambassador cryptographically seals the claim with their private key (on-chain
ecrecoververification) - Validators approve β at least 2 of 3 validators must sign the claim
- Share is minted on-chain β 1 PLS to the player, 0.001 CC to the ambassador as notarization fee
- On-chain nullifier prevents replay β once a claim is executed, it can never be repeated
No game server has minting rights. No database is the security gate. The blockchain itself enforces uniqueness.
Birthday Shares
Every player has a real birthday β the day they were born. This date is verified by an ambassador during identity verification and stored in the database. When your birthday comes around and you have reached a new level since your last birthday, you receive 1 PlasmaShare.
π Birthday Share
On your real birthday, if youβve reached a new level (Level 3 or higher) since your last birthday claim, you can request 1 PLS share. An ambassador will verify your identity and level-up date via a live Jitsi video call, then cryptographically seal the claim. Validators approve with 2/3 quorum, and the share is minted to your wallet.
- Maximum 7 birthday shares per player (one for each level from 3 to 9)
- On-chain nullifier prevents replay β once claimed for a year, it cannot be claimed again
- Ambassador verifies: real birth date == today, level β₯ 3, new level since last birthday
- Live video verification via Jitsi β same process as identity verification
- 0.001 CC notarization fee paid on-chain to the ambassador
Ambassador Shares
Ambassadors who serve their country with dedication are rewarded with a share in the DAO itself.
ποΈ Ambassador Share
After serving 12 total months as an ambassador of your country, you receive 1 PLS share. This is a lifetime achievement β it can only be claimed once. The claim is verified and sealed by another ambassador, then approved by validators.
- Maximum 1 ambassador share per address β enforced on-chain
- On-chain nullifier prevents replay β once claimed, it cannot be claimed again
- Once claimed, the contract permanently records it on-chain β no double-claiming possible
Why On-Chain?
PlasmaShares V2 uses the UUPS upgradeable proxy pattern, upgraded from V1. This means:
- The blockchain is the share register β no database, no spreadsheet, no off-chain record
- Share balances are publicly verifiable by anyone
- Minting requires 2/3 validator quorum β no single server can mint shares
- Ambassador seal verification on-chain via
ecrecoverβ the ambassadorβs signature is verified by the smart contract - On-chain nullifier prevents replay attacks β even if the database is compromised, a claim cannot be repeated
- 0.001 CC notarization fee paid on-chain to the ambassador for each verified claim
- The founder holds 2 billion shares (20% of authorized) as initial allocation
- The contract can be paused by the admin in emergencies
- Future upgrades can be deployed without changing the contract address
V2 introduces three roles: DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE (founder/treasury β can mint, burn, pause, upgrade, manage validators and ambassadors), VALIDATOR_ROLE (validator nodes β sign claims, 2/3 quorum required), and the deprecated MINTER_ROLE from V1 (revoke after upgrade). Game servers no longer hold any minting role.
Share Distribution
| Allocation | Amount | % of Authorized |
|---|---|---|
| Founder | 2,000,000,000 PLS | 20% |
| Player birthday shares | up to 7 per player | β |
| Ambassador shares | 1 per ambassador (after 12 months) | β |
| Treasury / Future allocation | Remaining ~8 billion | ~80% |
The founder allocation is minted at deployment. Player and ambassador shares are minted on-demand as players earn them. The treasury portion remains unissued and can be allocated by the DAO for future initiatives, partnerships, or community rewards.

What This Means for Players
PlasmaShares represent a fundamental shift: players are not just participants, they are owners. By rewarding long-term engagement β leveling up year after year, serving as an ambassador for a full year β the DAO aligns incentives toward sustained community building rather than short-term farming.
Your shares are in your wallet. Not in a database. Not in a spreadsheet. On the blockchain. You can verify them anytime, transfer them, and they cannot be taken away.
FAQ
How do I check my PlasmaShare balance?
Open your wallet and look for PLS token balance, or query the contract on the CC block explorer at 0xBD677B99B7F1527Ac656D6876305CeBffB868632.
Can I transfer my shares? Yes. PlasmaShares are standard ERC-20 tokens β you can transfer them to any wallet address.
Can I buy shares? Not directly through gameplay. The treasury may allocate shares for fundraising or partnerships in the future. Birthday and ambassador shares are earned, not bought.
What happens if I reach Level 9? You can claim up to 7 birthday shares (one per level from 3 to 9). After that, no more birthday shares are available β youβve maxed out.
Do I need to do anything to claim my birthday share? Yes. On your birthday, click βRequest Birthday Shareβ in the game. Youβll get a Jitsi video call link. Join the call with your ambassador, who will verify your identity, birthday, and level-up date. Once the ambassador seals the claim and validators approve (2/3 quorum), the share is minted to your wallet. The ambassador receives 0.001 CC as a notarization fee.
Can the founder take my shares?
No. The burn function requires admin privileges and checks that the address has sufficient balance. The founder can only burn shares from addresses that have sufficient balance β but this is a treasury operation, not a confiscation mechanism. Your shares are yours.
Whatβs new in V2?
V2 replaces the old single-server minting model with multi-signature validator minting. Game servers no longer have MINTER_ROLE β only validator nodes can mint shares, and only with 2/3 quorum. An ambassador must cryptographically seal each claim after live video verification. An on-chain nullifier prevents replay attacks even if the database is compromised. The ambassador receives 0.001 CC on-chain for each notarization.
